Mr. Gaurav Chaudhary is an experienced Manager – Operations (Engg), with strong knowledge of engineering operations, technical maintenance, facility systems, and service coordination. He has valuable experience in managing day-to-day engineering activities, preventive maintenance, breakdown support, technical inspections, and smooth operation of building infrastructure.

His expertise includes electrical maintenance, plumbing systems, HVAC coordination, DG sets, fire safety systems, lift coordination, utility management, and general building maintenance. He works closely with technical teams, vendors, and clients to ensure that all facility systems remain functional, safe, and properly maintained.

Mr. Chaudhary is skilled in planning maintenance schedules, monitoring technical complaints, supervising repair work, coordinating with AMC vendors, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues. Mr. Shyam Sunder Prasad is an experienced professional serving as the General Manager, with strong expertise in the housekeeping and facility management service industry. Mr. Vimal Kumar is a highly experienced professional serving as the Head of Operations, with over 15 years of extensive experience in the Facility Management Industry and Property Management Services. Throughout his career, he has worked with some of the leading International Property Consulting (IPC) companies, gaining deep expertise in operational management, technical services, and property management processes.

He possesses strong knowledge of technical operations, facility maintenance, building systems management, and process optimization, ensuring the efficient functioning of commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties. His expertise includes developing and implementing operational strategies, enhancing service delivery standards, managing vendor relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
